The 500 kW / 1200 kWh containerized Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is a compact, fully integrated energy storage solution designed for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications. Housed in a standard 20-foot container, it combines high-efficiency lithium-ion batteries, a hybrid inverter, and advanced energy management systems into a plug-and-play solution.

The Megarevo 500kW hybrid inverter allows seamless integration of PV, battery, and grid, supporting functions such as self-consumption optimization, peak shaving, load shifting, backup power, and seamless on/off-grid switching.

System Operating Logic

This system adopts a DC-coupled hybrid energy storage architecture, integrating solar PV, battery storage, grid, and generator into one intelligent energy management platform.

During the daytime, solar power is prioritized to supply the load. Excess PV energy is stored directly in the battery through the hybrid inverter with high efficiency. When solar generation is insufficient, the system automatically draws power from the battery or the grid to ensure stable power supply.

At night or during peak electricity price periods, the battery discharges to support the load, reducing grid consumption and lowering energy costs. In case of grid outage, the system can seamlessly switch to off-grid mode, supplying power to critical loads using PV, battery, and generator without interruption.

The built-in energy management system intelligently coordinates PV, battery, grid, and generator operation, enabling functions such as self-consumption optimization, peak shaving, load shifting, backup power, and microgrid operation, making it an ideal solution for commercial, industrial, and hybrid solar + storage applications.
